2022 Online One-Day Retreat

The online One-day Buddhist Retreat is intended to guide people to find peace in their daily life through Buddhist teaching, mindfulness training, discussion, and Q&A.

Objectives:

  • ◎  To offer an experience in life with inner peace.
  • ◎  To promote wholesome mental and physical well-being.

Do not dwell in the past, do not dream of the future, develop a calm and happy mind in the present moment. In preparation of welcoming a new year ahead, let us “ Pause, Think, Start Afresh.” Join us to settle down and find peace within you.
