The COVID-19 pandemic and the protests across nation have created lots of unease, anxiety, stress and fear in people’s mind. How do we find the peace again? The online One-day Buddhist Retreat is intended to guide people to find peace in their daily life through Buddhist teaching, as well as provide some mindfulness training.
Objectives:
• To weave mindfulness into daily activities.
• To offer an experience in life with inner peace.
• To promote wholesome mental and physical well-being.
