禪坐時的喜悅，從初禪到四禪
品茶時眼耳鼻舌身意六感專注時產生的喜悅類似，
所以古代的禪師才會説（茶禪一味）

When tasting the tea whereby all six senses of the eyes, ears, nose, tongue, body and mind are in sync, similar type of joy arises
That is why the ancient Chan master would say (tea and Chan are in one flavor).
