Hsi Lai Temple Wellness Class
Using yoga and traditional Buddhist meditation, this class covers the fundamentals of wellness. The class emphasizes a well-rounded approach to meditation that is grounded in the wisdom of Buddhist scriptures and generations of experience. By improving our bodies and breaths through yoga, we will work on training our minds through meditation. Through this practice, we can develop concentration, wisdom, and compassion to improve our own lives and the lives of those around us. No experience required.
