Meditation Class

Come join us for a special meditation practice which unifies both body and mind.

The core of this practice is centered on traditional seated meditation through which we will practice mental clarity and concentration. Each session will also include Chan exercises, stretching and movement exercises which help loosen and invigorate our bodies. These exercises will help prepare and focus our minds and bodies for seated meditation. We will also practice walking meditation as a method of unifying both body and mind with clear concentration. In this way, we will start to bring mindfulness to all our actions in life, both on and off the cushion.
Fee: $20 per semester.

Dates: Every Sunday, March 1 to June 28  (No class: 3/22, 4/5, 5/24)
Time: 3:30 - 4:30pm
Fee: $20 for the entire 2020 Spring Semester (3/1 – 6/28)
