Join us for weekly yoga classes.
A time honored practice, yoga can help reduce stress, strengthen the body, increase flexibility, calm the mind, and improve overall health and sense of well being.
The classes will emphasize proper body alignment through physical postures, breathing, meditation and relaxation techniques.

- (5 Sessions: 5/6, 5/13, 5/20, 6/3, 6/10, no class on 5/27)
- ◎ Time: 8:30 - 9:30am PACIFIC
- ◎ Check-in: 8:00 - 8:25am (Please be punctual)
- ◎ Ages: 16 years and older
- ◎ Open Donation: We welcome your kind donation to cover facility use and general overhead in support of our work here at Hsi Lai. Please kindly bring your donation to check-in on May 6.
- ◎ This class is appropriate for all levels. No experience needed.
- ◎ Spots limited to 30 people
