Online One-Day Retreat

The COVID-19 pandemic and the many challenges in life have caused a lots of unease, anxiety, stress and fear in people’s mind. How do we find peace again?

The online One-day Buddhist Retreat is intended to guide people to find peace in the daily life through Buddhist teaching, with 3 “R”, Reshuffle life, Recover kindness, Regain happiness. The retreat also includes mindfulness training, discussion, Q&A.

10:00 – 10:15 Orientation
10:15 – 11:00 Meditation
11:00 – 11:10 Break
11:10 – 12:00 Theme Lecture
12:00 – 12:50 Lunch Break (walking meditation/break time)
12:50 – 13:35 Group Discussion: What I can do after listened to the Theme lecture?
13:35 – 13:45 Break
13:45 – 14:35 Panel Discussion / Q&A
14:35 – 15:00 Reflections

Special Remarks: For 4/17 Retreat, the schedule is extended to one more Dharma Lecture from 4:30pm-6pm PST, participants on the day are most welcome to continue to join this lecture.
